Refund Policy

At American Mutual Marketing, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and results. Due to the nature of our digital and marketing services, this policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. One-Time Services & Strategy Sessions
Payments made for one-time services—such as consultations, audits, and strategy sessions—are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or delivered. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Monthly Plans & Mentorship Programs
All monthly service plans (e.g., content creation, account management, mentorship programs) are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.

Once a billing cycle begins, it is considered active and non-refundable, regardless of usage.

If you cancel mid-month, your service will continue until the end of the paid period.

3. Missed Appointments & No-Shows
We reserve scheduled time slots for each client. Missed appointments or no-shows without 24-hour notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

4. Ad Spend Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to any advertising budget (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) paid directly to third-party platforms. These payments are the client’s responsibility and not included in our refund policy.

5. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not offer monetary refunds for completed services, we are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Please contact us directly to discuss potential solutions or service credits on a case-by-case basis.
