1. Services Provided

We offer social media marketing, ad management, content strategy, and account management services. All services are tailored based on the package or agreement chosen by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary access to accounts, brand materials, and communication

• Respond in a timely manner to requests or approvals

• Not misuse our services in violation of laws or platform terms (e.g., Meta, TikTok)

3. Payment Terms

• All pricing is outlined prior to service engagement and must be paid on time.

• Monthly service fees are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled in writing.

• Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel services with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

• Refunds are not issued for completed work or partially used service periods.

• Missed sessions or scheduled services are non-refundable if not rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain full rights to content created for their brand upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

American Mutual Marketing, LLC is not liable for:

• Platform outages, algorithm changes, or performance inconsistencies beyond our control

• Indirect or incidental damages resulting from service use

• Client failure to follow recommendations or meet deadlines

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion due to non-payment, misuse, or breach of contract. Any outstanding payments must still be settled upon termination.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services signifies agreement with the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes arising from these terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, California.
